The WCRCA’s are just around the corner. Nominations will be starting on October first. Nominations need to be listed with WebComic Planet.

When October 1st comes around WebComic Planets main page will have an automated scripting set up to take nominations for various categories. There will be only 1 nomination per category per registered user & IP. Nominations that do not fit a particular category will be summarily removed from the nominations list.
The panelists to choose the ranking from the top 5 will *not* be from within the WebComic Community this year. 2 of the panelist have been found. One is the Art Curator for a famous art Museum in Los Angelos, the other is a professor from a California college of Lit. studies. I’ll be contacting some others in the near future.
